Havana's 4th Birthday Party!
Havana had a Treasure Hunting Party
with Dora the Explorer leading the way!
Havana surrounded by 20 of her closest friends!
She blew out the candles on her Dora cake perfectly!
September 24th 2007!
Havana opening birthday gifts! She made out like a bandit!
Part of the Treasure hunt was crossing the raging rapids of the blue river... some took the shape bridge but others prefered the canoe!
Family Pictures taken in October of 2007
Our family just loves to spend time in the great outdoors!
Matt, Havana and Ashton on a hike in Mill Creek Canyon sometime in September of 07.
Ashton and Jason fishing at Silver Lake. Deanna and Matt came with us too. We caught lots of fish that September day in 2007.
Ashton and Havana at the Great Salt Lake (the date on the picture is completely wrong... I have no idea why our camera has that date) it was in March of 08.Tuesday, May 27, 2008

Mexico Trip - October 2007
I have had a lot of requests for pictures of last our trip to Mexico. Matt and Annette went to the Yucatan peninsula. They went with their good friends from Denver, Tim and Janelle. They put over 600 kilometers on their rental car... they went all over the place and wanted to do and see everything! This first picture is of them at Chichen Itza... an ancient Myan ruin.
Annette peeks from behind a giant pillar of an ancient structure built before the time of Christ! Amazing!
Here is Annette on a boat near Isla Mujeres! We rented a golf cart and drove all over the island!
Matt and Annette on a beach on Cozumel Island! We snorkeled like crazy here! We rented scooters and had a blast checking out all the different beaches!
Hamocks are really not as comfortable as you would think! We snapped this picture just before we left the Xel Ha estuary... it was they only time we actually used a hamock. We were too busy riding down the river on tubes, snorkeling in the reefs, cliff diving, swimming with dolphins (well actually we did that in last year but our friends Tim and Janelle totally lucked out and got a private swim session), and of course eating great food.
A small tropical storm was moving in and it rained through out the day. We took this picture on the rougher side of Isla Mujeres.
